Which phones is eBay Wireless available for?
eBay Wireless is available for Sprint PCS Vision enabled phones with
Java/J2ME support. Click
here and follow the download instructions. If there is no "eBay" choice
in the shopping category, then your phone is not supported.

How do I download eBay Wireless?
If
available for your phone, eBay Wireless can be downloaded by
using your phone to access the internet and go to the Sprint PCS home
page. For step by step instructions click

If I download the application more than once, will I get charged for the
additional downloads?
As
long as you are currently subscribed, you can download the application
from the phone you subscribed on for no additional charge.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you should go to www.sprintpcs.com,
login using your phone number and password, and then go to My Content Manager to
unsubscribe to any applications you have subscribed to.
If you have any other questions, please contact Sprint customer service and speak to a representative.
5.
When I download eBay Wireless, nothing happens? How do I get
the application to work?
eBay Wireless is an application just like games you download for your phone.
Go to the downloaded applications menu and you should see eBay Wireless
listed as one of the applications you can launch.
6.
When I try to download the application, I get an error. What could be
the problem?
The
most likely problem is that there is not enough memory left on your phone
to download and install eBay Wireless. Try deleting some of
the applications you no longer use. Also, your phone may be getting a bad signal. This also
could affect your download.
7.
I have a Sanyo phone and when I try to type into the userid and password
boxes, nothing is displayed. It's as if my keypad isn't working.
For
some of the Sanyo phones, you must press the Menu/OK button to select
one of the text entry fields before you can type.
8.
Is eBay Wireless supported on Palm/Treo devices?
Palm/Treo devices are currently not supported. We hope to have eBay Wireless available on these devices
